REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Fill out registration form as a team. Send completed form with payment to:

Seattle, WA 98125

Make checks out to Chief Seattle BSA.

File your tour permit by faxing it before the event with Chief Seattle Council. Open form, complete and fax to: 206-725-2862 (must have it with you at check in)

What to bring for check in on May 15, 2009.

	In a Manilla Envelope:
		1. Class I health form for every adult and scout. Form found at right
		2. Printed across the top - Your Pack number, last name.
		3. Tour permit
	This folder will be available to you at check out with all the awards inside.

Parking Lot will not be the normal parking lot. It will be near the turn off / entrance to Camp Brinkley.No cars past the parking lot. Camp Brinkley parking lot will be closed until 6 pm on Saturday.
You will be hiking about 1/2 mile to registration station. Limited 5 min load / unload in needed.
